State Police and NDRF are monitoring the coastal area so that no one died. All hotels have been ordered to empty by 4 pm. Tourists have already been removed from the coast of the sea. All tourist have been returned from Digha, Mandaramini, Shankarpur.

Many people were injured, many homes have been destroyed, many plants have been blown up, many of the losses are shelter. Chief Minister  Mamata Banerjee has said, she will be rebuilt those house that has been destroyed. It is now known that 825 homes have been destroyed.

Air transports are now closed. It will remain closed till 5th. The train movement is also closed, but from the authorities we know that some local trains will be left if the situation is somewhat better than before.The administration is trying to handle all the situation.
